Eligibility for Refund:

• Item must be unused, unwashed, and in original condition

• Must be returned in its original packaging

Refund Process:

• Once we receive and inspect the item, your refund will be processed

• Refunds are issued via the same method of payment (or agreed method)

Shipping Fees:

• Shipping fees are non-refundable

• Customer covers return shipping costs
